CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Thank you for respecting our time and business!
